Event Ticket Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all event tickets purchased for Prayer Storm events (the “Event”), organised by Prayer Storm (the “Organiser”).
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions.
A ticket is valid only for the Event, date, time, and ticket type stated on the ticket.
Tickets must be purchased through the Prayer Storm platform or approved ticket seller.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission where a ticket has been obtained fraudulently, has been cancelled, or is otherwise invalid.
2. Ticket Management and Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change and that some delegates may no longer be able to attend.
If a delegate can no longer attend, please use the ticket management link provided in the ticket confirmation email to access the ticket management screen.
The ticket management screen allows you to select the “Cancel” option underneath each delegate who can no longer attend. Please update the status of each delegate who will no longer be attending.
Keeping delegate information up to date helps us understand who will be attending our events and enables us to make tickets available to others wherever possible.
3. Refunds
We always aim to be as fair as possible and will endeavour to accommodate changes in circumstances wherever we can.
However, less than 30 days prior to an Event, we cannot guarantee a refund. This is because late cancellations can result in costs already being committed to venues and other arrangements for the Event.
The ticket management link included in your ticket confirmation email will indicate whether a refund is available for your ticket. If the refund window is still open, you will be able to request a refund through the ticket management system.
A refund is not guaranteed where a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the Event.
Donating Your Ticket
If you are no longer able to attend, you may have the option to donate the value of your ticket rather than request a refund.
Many people choose to do this as a contribution towards the costs of running Prayer Storm events. We are very grateful to those who choose this option, as your generosity helps us to facilitate future events.
4. Refund Processing Fees
Payments and refunds are processed using Stripe.
Stripe charges a processing fee when a transaction is made. Where a refund is issued, the refund amount will therefore reflect the applicable processing fee.
In other words, the refunded amount may be the amount originally paid less the applicable Stripe processing fee.
5. Event Changes and Cancellation by the Organiser
The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event, including changes to the date, time, venue, programme, speakers, performers, or other Event details.
If the Organiser cancels an Event, information regarding available refunds or alternative arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as reasonably practicable.
Unless required by law, the Organiser will not be responsible for additional costs incurred by ticket holders, such as travel, accommodation, or other associated expenses.
6. Admission
Ticket holders may be required to present a valid ticket or booking confirmation upon arrival.
The Organiser or venue may require proof of identity or other information where reasonably necessary.
Late entry may be restricted or delayed depending on the Event.
Admission is subject to any applicable venue rules and security procedures.
7. Kids and Youth Venues
Admission to designated kids and youth venues is subject to appropriate safeguarding arrangements and the availability of suitable volunteer supervision. As volunteer team levels can vary, access to these venues cannot be guaranteed.
Where it is necessary to limit access due to safeguarding or supervision requirements, places will be allocated on a reasonable and fair basis, which may include the time at which tickets were booked, rotating session access for kids and youth tickets, or changing the type of supervision that the venue operates within.
If access to a kids or youth venue is limited, children and young people will be welcome to attend the main Event venues with their accompanying parent or responsible adult, where appropriate.
8. Ticket Transfer and Resale
Tickets must not be resold for more than their original purchase price unless expressly permitted by the Organiser or applicable law.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel tickets that have been obtained or resold through unauthorised channels.
Where ticket transfers are permitted, the Organiser requires the relevant delegate information to be updated through the ticket management system.
9. Conduct and Security
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately towards other delegates, staff, volunteers, speakers, and venue personnel.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Event, anyone whose behaviour is considered disruptive, threatening, unsafe, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Attendees must comply with reasonable instructions given by Event staff, volunteers, or venue security.
The Organiser or venue may prohibit certain items from being brought into the Event.
10. Photography, Filming and Recording
Photography, filming, and audio recording usually take place during Prayer Storm events.
By attending an Event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video, or other recordings made at the Event and that such material may be used for legitimate promotional, marketing, publicity, or archival purposes, subject to applicable law.
If you have a particular concern about being photographed or recorded, please speak to a member of the Event team.
Prayer Storm will endeavour to provide a 'no capture' area for delegates to sit that would not be filmed or photographed by the production team.
11. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The Organiser and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Age Restrictions
Some Events may have age restrictions. Any applicable age requirements will be communicated as part of the Event information or ticket purchase process.
Attendees may be asked to provide proof of age where appropriate.
13. Personal Data
Personal information provided when purchasing or managing a ticket will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Organiser’s privacy policy.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to this, the Organiser will not be responsible for loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from attendance at the Event except to the extent caused by the Organiser’s negligence or otherwise required by law.
15. General
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The Organiser reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Important Reminder
If you can no longer attend an Event, please use the ticket management link in your ticket confirmation email to cancel the relevant delegate and, where applicable, request a refund.
Please retain your ticket confirmation until after the Event.
