Cancellations & Refunds
It helps us to know who is going to be at our events, as well as those that can no longer attend. This helps us to ensure that as many people can attend Prayer Storm events as possible.
What to do if delegates can no longer attend
If delegates can no longer attend then please use your 'ticket management link', sent in your ticket confirmation email to access the management screen.
On this screen, you will be able to use the 'cancel' button underneath each delegate. Please update each delegate that can no longer attend to let us know they will no longer be present.
What about refunds?
We always try to be as fair as possible and will attempt to accommodate changes in your situation to the best of our ability.
However, less than 30 days prior to an event we cannot guarantee any refunds due to the late nature of the cancellation and the cost of venues incurred by Prayer Storm. This is in standard practice for many ticketed events.
The 'ticket management link', sent in your ticket confirmation email will give you the option of a refund if the refund window is still open.
Many people choose to let us know they are no longer able to attend and select the option to donate the ticket cost as a contribution to help running the event. Thank you to those that do this, your generosity really helps to facilitate our events.
Refund fees
Stripe charge a small processing fee when any transaction occurs. Therefore, if we have to refund your ticket fee, please note that the refund will reflect the processing fee, which is the amount you paid less the fee.
