# Delete Your Account

This page relates to deletion of your account and it's related data for the following Prayer Storm sites and apps published online or via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:

* prayerstorm.org
* Prayer Storm (app)
* Prayer Circles (app)

### Detailed Steps via the Apps

To delete you account via the Prayer Storm or Prayer Circles app, please follow these detailed steps:

* From the home screen, click the 'Settings' icon next to the welcome message.\
  (see Fig. 1)
* Click the 'Delete account' option from the pop-up menu that displays. \
  (see Fig. 2)
* Enter your exiting password, and then click the 'Delete My Account' button. \
  (see Fig. 3)
* You will be instantly logged out of your account and it will be marked for deletion.

### Data Retention Period

Data will be retained for  30 days, and should you wish to restore your account during that period of time, please contact <tech@prayerstorm.org> to request this.

After the retention period, your account data will be deleted.
